Free Comic Book Day hurhur

Woke up around 7am just to get ready and leave for Bonifacio High Street with my proclaimed half-brotha Wapwap. We arrived at our location an hour early. So we waited in line in front of Fully Booked under the blazing sun (good thing Wapwap brought an umbrella) as we killed time talking about graphic novels and The Avengers movie. Finally, FullyBooked opened, and it still took us several minutes until we actually get to step inside the bookstore.

 

Wapwap was also excited with the fact that there's a Comic Odyssey inside FullyBooked.

The free comic book, plus the two freebies. I gave the Avengers: Age of Ultron to my li'l bro. I had the additional "freebie" kid comic for myself (quite funny and heartwarming, nicely done) plus the Thor-vs-Loki poster.
   I was actually anxious because I thought Wapwap had the last Thor-Loki poster until one of the guys browsing through the freebies changed his mind and put the Thor-Loki poster he was holding back to the pile. Thank you, nerdy stranger! *swipes poster*

This  poster will not be staying with me though. (LOL shaddup Charlie, it is a birthday gift, it is not laffles)
