Otter: Hey, how are you? Evreything's good, right?
Blue Fox: Mhmm
Otter: Are you still coming to Los Angeles?
Blue Fox: Yup
Otter: When?
Blue Fox: 16th to the 21st.
Otter: Well, if you're still coming... Would you still want to come out and see me if you could or have the time to?
Blue Fox: Of course.

Where To Begin...

041312: I decided to hang out with my neighbor since he was needing to find an apartment to move into. He was thinking of moving out to Los Angeles because the apartments are bigger and better but a little more expensive and he was looking into Koreatown. (MMMM, Korean BBQ) But it was raining so much! It was crazy and the weather was like, 40~45 degrees! And we didn't have an umbrella so we were talking through K-Town in the rain and when we saw the apartments, it was either that the lobby man was a jerk and we couldn't see the apartments or at least have a floor plan or the apartments were just ugly. So we made a trip out there for nothing, really... And we were stuck in traffic for hours. It took us like four hours to get home. It was soooo bad it took us an hour and a half to just drive six miles. HORRIBLE. And it was the "phantom traffic" which is the kind of traffic that's the worst for no reason; no accidents, no blood, no horror... Just traffic because people drive slow. But, since it was raining, I told my neighbor that it was "pizza weather" so we arrived home, cleaned up his place a bit, changed Salome's kitty litter, took Ivy out, bought some pizza and wings and watched "Training Day". Good day, even though my butt was sore.

041412: Today was a eventful day. The morning was a little rough, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed but it was good when I went to the Museum of Science with my churchmate Joe. (he's the Samoan guy that baptized me) and we also stopped by Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles which is really good~ It's good old fashion soul food for your soul. Homemade waffles, some good fried chicken, collard greens, homemade chili on fries and more chicken bits, and some good cold coke. I'm sorry but that's some good sh*t. It's so good, you better come in with your pants unbutton because they are no joke! But the museum of science was amazing, I learned a lot about the universe and the earth and even ourselves. (even though I already knew, it's good to refresh) and the next time we go, we're going to go to the Museum of Natural History. I CAN'T WAIT! And now, I'm home, uploaded all the stuff on Facebook and I'm food as heck right now with a bunch of left-overs. I'm excited to go to church... I miss everyone. I feel like I haven't seen them in forever! But I came home with tension and it's weird. My best friend is crying, her boyfriend is stoned and she's in the bathroom, crying and I really need to go number two. I might have to ask my neighbor if I can use his bathroom. LOL. I hope not.

Sigh, now I have to get changed and situated before bed. I got church tomorrow! :)

CAME BACK FROM MEPS!

Wednesday (2/1/2012):

I went to the recruiters office before 11am and I signed more papers, checked if there was any errors or anything misspelled on my papers. Then while she was going to quadruple check my papers, I went into the video room and had to watch three CD's about the USAF. (I basically knew what it was going to be about but I sat through it) and as I watched the videos about MEPS, swearing in, BMT and everything else... I was super excited! And then I had to be pulled out because it was taking too long and my ride (Mr. Medina) was at the office ready to pick me up with another recruit, Jonathan. (He's SO cute, but he's 17. I'M A TOTAL PEDOBEAR!) and then we started to talk about the process that will happen tomorrow, what to remember when we're at the hotel and stuff like that. But since we were hungry, we stopped by Burger King.

Finally, updates!

I don't even know where to begin...

Hours before I left Maryland, Blue Fox was arguing with his roommate on how I would get to the airport, but his roommate was saying that if he does drop me off, I have to pay $50! Which I don't have enough if I'm going to be traveling on my own. Since that wasn't going to happen, he basically told me to take the damn bus! I had to wake up at 5am just for this. Blue Fox can't drop me off at the airport because at 5am, he has to get ready for ROTC. And yes, he can't get off that because since he slacked so much last semester, he almost got kicked out and he really wants this so he's trying to show commitment. I was sad that I had to leave. So, we both woke up together and before I was going to leave, he hugged me. A really long hug and I told him, "Don't worry, I'm coming back~" and he said, "Mhm, just fix all the things you need to first..." and he also told me to text and call often. Sigh.

The night before I left, as well, I asked him to tell me how he feels because apparently, he's not telling me and he didn't want to express it because he feels weak but I got it out of him.

I Can't Stay, Apparently.

Here's the hard part that I didn't want to talk about now...

Remember when I said that I had a feeling that I was making things awkward in the house? Well, I'm correct. The reason why all the boys in the house were in the other room for such a long time was because they were talking to Aaron about how much longer I'm going to have to stay because they thought I was only here for the weekend. He didn't tell his roommates that I was staying for a while, thinking that it's going to be okay because one roommate tends to have his girlfriend over from time to time as well so he planned it on his own without telling his roommates ahead of time: His mistake.

He didn't talk to me about it until last night when I came home at about 5pm, after getting maps and bus routes to find a job slightly outside Towson University. I come home, find the roommates and friends in the living room playing video games. I walk into the bedroom to change and he goes, "We need to talk." and I'm like, "Sure" thinking that I already know what's going to happen or what we're going to talk about and he goes, "You can't stay here anymore..." and we talked about it and he told me that his roommates are staying to feel uncomfortable that I'm here for so long and that I'm being of a slight distraction with him and his school work and Army ROTC. Since I'm around, he only wants to be with me and whatnot but he has to sleep and do so many other things, so he isn't doing as good in training in the morning and has to work extra hard and he missed a quiz in his psychology class and he has a ton of work to do.

Fffffffffffffffffff... ᅮᅮ

Just when I'm about to be able to go to Maryland... Something comes in the way of it!

It's things like this that make me realize the saying, "When you want something so bad, you can't have it yet" is true. I really want to go to Maryland but...
