Ohai I'm 22 now

 Thanks to everyone who greeted me on mah birthday!

Ok. So here's how my birthday went.

10am-ish. Met up with Charlie at Jollibee in Taft. I grabbed a quick breakfast while waiting for her. Waited for Derp to be done with his enlistment in school so we can go to PAWS at 11am.

11am. Had to leave for PAWS though we had to leave Derp coz he wasn't done with the stuff he had to settle. We arrived in Katipunan at almost 12pm. We trolled Dork saying that we were waiting for him at Katip station even though we were still halfway through the LRT2 train route. XD

12pm-ish. Met with Wapwap and my sister at the grocery in Katipunan. We bought cat food to bring to the shelter. Met up with Dork at Fullybooked. He arrived, apologizing endlessly for making us wait for a long time. (Even though it wasn't that long hahaha sorry Dork)

1pm. Arrived at PAWS. Had to give up our IDs at the entrance. It was funny coz Dork's school ID was literally VAGUE. Hahahaha.
   They were pleased with the donations. The directress of the shelter was there too and she asked if my friends were going to help out too. "Don't they have to have attended the volunteer orientation?" I asked. She said that the senior volunteer was present and can supervise us so it's cool.

We ended up wiping down the cats (kind of like a sponge bath but with towelettes) at the cattery. Some of the cats were uber affectionate. Others didn't want anything to do with us. The cats at the Special Needs ward wasted no time playing with Charlie's boots- which had fringes and chains for them to fiddle with. Some of Godmother's minions were really FAT.

2pm-ish. Left for my place where birthday lunch was waiting. Said good-bye to my sister who started having skin rashes from all the cat fur she was exposed to. While at LRT2, we were standing near one of the poles.

Then Dork's birthday idea was to give Charlie a pole on her birthday and then she'll ask, "what's this?" and then  Dork will take the pole and say, "there's a second part!" and proceeds to start pole-dancing for her.
Wapwap calls it the "Dork Special." LOLOLOLOL

While in line for a ticket at the MRT station, Dork asks if my mom will be there. "Yeah, you get to meet her." I said. THEN he starts asking me and Charlie if he looks ok.

3pm-ish. Arrived at the condo. Food was already laid out. Charlie and Dork immediately fell in love with our toy poodle, Malia. They started cooing and going maternal over her, it was actually adorable. Dork described her as a "chocolate bar" and a "mocha muffin."

4pm-ish. Derp finally arrived. We had accidently saved one last pizza slice for him!

5pm onwards. Charlie and Dork still couldn't get enough of Malia. There was at one point they were nuzzling her together.
Me: OMG. They're doing it again- but with a dog!
Derp: That just sounds wrong.

For the rest of the day, we just had derpy-weird conversation. I had them watch a couple of Petra Mahalimuyak's videos. And then I had the brothers watch and close-read Rango.

For the record, best birthday yet.


OK guys I'm gonna stop at this point coz I'm really exhausted and I just wanna lurk in the blogosphere to calm my mind.
