Licorice, IHOP and Gray Areas.

Yesterday was 11/11/11, I thought it was cute. But since it's been almost six weeks since Blue Fox and I spoke, I decided to text him an inside joke... Knowing that we haven't talked this long, I knew I couldn't expect anything but there was a little bit of hope that he would send me something.

Hours later, obviously didn't say anything but he was on Facebook and commented on someone elses status. His friend had a status that basically said he eff'd up and Blue Fox said, "Why so blue panda bear?"

Sigh.

To be honest, I'm starting to feel like he's doing this on purpose because I was needy and negative so he's giving me the silent treatment. I know he's busy and all but I think he's doing this on purpose... I have the feeling that we're still together because of how he ended the conversation the last time we spoke on the phone but seriously, sigh. I think he's just doing this to get back at me. And it's not funny or cute anymore. No one likes to be put in the gray area...

But luckily, Licorice was about 30 minutes away and said that he'd like to come see me but he was hanging out with his friends out at Diamond Bar (a town, not an actual bar) but he said that he would want to stop by. Eventually, he ended up "stopping by" at 12mn... My best friend was gone hours ago at her friends house, drinking and she said that Licorice can stay over because she's staying over at her friends house since it was too late to go home and the buses stopped running.

Licorice and I had the studio to ourselves but sadly, since we don't have cable, we couldn't watch tv so we just ended up talking and playing with Astro (my best friend's dog) and he's the cutest thing! We looked at the time and it's 3am and Licorice looks hella beat so I suggested that he go and lay down on the bed.

And again, we end up falling asleep together. Sadly, I'm still thinking about Blue Fox while I'm hugging Licorice and deep down, I'm starting to feel like Licorice likes me since he drove so far to see me and his house is about an hour and twenty minutes away... So, I guess he likes me quite a bit but of course, we don't know what this is just yet but in a way, I kind of don't want this to happen... I want Blue Fox and I to continue what we have and had. Sigh.

So we sleep with our arms wrapped around each other and we're acting like we're a couple... But I know my heart's not going to be in it.

Hours later, we wake up and my best friend textes me that she's going to be home soon...

Licorice: What time is it? (checks phone) Ugh! Noooo! (sigh)

Me: What?
Licorice: We missed the McDonald’s breakfast! It’s almost 10:40am~ I was really wanting the sausage-egg McMuffin today, I’ve been wanting that for so long now. (sigh) Wait, hold on, let me call them…
Me: HAHA, okay.
(Calls McDonald’s)
Licorice: Hi, I’d like to know when you stop serving your delicious breakfast…
McDonald’s Lady: We stop serving at 11am.
(Quickly hangs up the phone)
Licorice: Reanne, get up! We’re leaving in 5 minutes!
Me: Mmmmmk. (laughs)
(Gets changed, goes to the car, and rushes to McDonald’s)
Me: We have like, 10 minutes left.
Licorice: We’ll make it…
(Drives, and constantly stops because of red lights)
Licorice: Damn you, red lights!
Me: I don’t think Riverside County wants you to eat McDonald’s breakfast today. I think they were like, “Okay, Licorice is in town. Let’s not have him eat at McDonald’s today since he wants it so bad…”
Licorice: You told them that, huh?
(Arrives at McDonald’s two minutes early)
Licorice: Watch, there’s a long line…
(Heads inside, long line and sees the breakfast menu change to the lunch menu)
Licorice: That’s… That’s such a tease.
McDonald’s Lady: Next please!
Licorice: Do you happen still be serving breakfast?
McDonald’s Lady: Nooo, I’m sorry. You’re two minutes late.
Licorice and I: (face palm)
(leaves McDonald’s)
Licorice: I’m so disappointed. I guess we’ll just go to IHOP…

- Lol, and then he came to drop me home for a little bit and he got to meet my best friend! Woot.
