August 29th: I was getting ready for my interview and I was so nervous while I was getting changed. Was I missing something? Is my outfit too plan? Is it too much? Is this blouse alright? Do these heels fit my outfit?
After putting all my clothes together, I actually looked pretty cute. (laughs) but I was still nervous that I couldn't eat my breakfast so I texted Blue Fox about it and he told me that when I get nervous, I just had to think about him doing the Native Indian bonfire dance song~ And that made me feel better but I don't think that I would be able to take the interview seriously because I would be laughing too much.
I was 30 minutes early for my interview and was able to take the interview ten minutes early but right when I was about to walk to the door, Blue Fox texted me, "Be confident! You got this!" and that boost up my energy A LOT! It really helped... I knew that I was confident to do well on the job but I just wanted the job so much that I got nervous. Thank you, Blue Fox.
The guy that was suppose to interview me was Eric Johnson but he was out sick so a guy named Peter who was one of the head managers of the company I'm going for and after a 20-minute interview, I was given to Vanessa who is the HR and she had to give me a 15-minute interview... Then, she called up a guy named Diego who is in charge of the position that I'm applying for and he showed me the things that they do and it seemed so chaotic, I was almost overwhelmed and he said, "But don't be overwhelmed because once you start working in this area, it gets easy... It's just fast paced." and I was totally fine with that. He also told me that when and if I do work, it's best to wear flats because you'll have to be climbing a lot on the job and since I was wearing heels for my interview, he commented on me saying, "But it's good to see that you're wearing heels because you have an interview and you look absolutely great."
I was told that I would be given a call regarding if I got the job or not but since they gave me a tour of the job that I'm going for... It makes me think that I got it? Because when you go to get interviewed, they don't show you the job. I don't know, maybe that's how they do it. But I told Blue Fox about it and he thinks the same... And he also said, "Now... I'm excited." (LAUGHS)
Later that night, we spoke on the phone for a little bit but he was sleepy so I decided to let him sleep since he has his last day of work before he moves in to his apartment for school.
Sigh, I miss him.
Now all I have to do is wait for them to call me.
Waiting patiently,
Otter
