I Need To Save You.

Blue Fox. I need to save you.

I miss you, I really do and I wish I was there to help you. I love you and I think this isn't the right way. You are a smart guy, you're motivational and you have the talent to inspire but sometimes, you take your talents and do crappy stuff with it. You are better than that and sooooo much smarter than that. I know what you love, I know what you like and I know you are better than that so please, grow the fuck up. And I'm only saying this because I love you. I love you to death. You know I'm always here for you. Always and forever. I still want to be with you btw, but this has to stop.

Spaghetti, Blue Fox's roommate Douche's girlfriend, posts on Blue Fox Wall and says, "After hearing about the "meeting" I missed this evening, maybe you should take a look at this. I am not trying to be a bitch, I am trying to get you to see the reality of what you're planning to get involved with." and posts a link of a pyramid scheme. (And I kind of know what it is but I don't read into it too much) and then this is how their conversation went after:

Spaghetti: Make fun all you want, Aaron. I'm not the only one that sees this for the scam it is. We're pointing this stuff out to you because we care and don't want you to throw your life away for it.
Blue Fox: Why would Verizon, T-mobile, BGE partner up with a scam? Why would the Wall Street Journal do a cover on a scam?
Spaghetti: Did you actually do research on this? I was told you've known about it for three days. Besides, why would those big companies want you to QUIT SCHOOL to devote your life to it?
Blue Fox: I didnt quit school. due to financial problems, I will be pausing school
Spaghetti: If you really believe in it, then why not just give it a shot while you continue school and see what happens? Don't throw everything into it.
Blue Fox: The army can't pay for everything…
Spaghetti: That's not what was conveyed... I was told you said you were quitting school. And if you have financial issues, why would you pay the $500 to do this thing in the first place?
Blue Fox: its from the credit card. school is $14,000. I just made $1,200 so I already paid up my $500
Spaghetti: Whatever, Aaron. We'll miss you.
Blue Fox: Roger

So I start worrying and I'm like, wtf. And then like, 30-minutes later, he IM's me and at this point, I thought it was going to be something nice. But I got this:

Blue Fox: yo
Me: Hey
Blue Fox: What you doing with your life?
Me: Haha, I'm still doing the Air Force. I have two more steps left, working and finding another job... How about you?
Blue Fox: Quit school, quit army and left the house
Me: What?! What happened?
Blue Fox: Nothing. Just sacrifices I made.
Me: So, why did you quit everything? And you left the house?!
Blue Fox: To start something better.
Me: What's the something better?
Blue Fox: What's your address?
Me: Why? Haha.
Blue Fox: So I can show you.
Me: Show me what? Is it a booklet?
Blue Fox: Can't tell you if you don't give me your address.
Me: Will it benefit me in my life? How come you quit school and army? I thought you were focusing on that.
Blue Fox: Depends on how you look at it. But I can't say anything.
Me: Hmm. Interesting. You still didn't answer my question, haha.
Blue Fox: You didn't answer my question.
Me: Hahaha. Why can't you tell me already?
Blue Fox: Because I just started.
Me: So? Haha. Sooooooo...
Blue Fox: I would but I don't want to say anything false. Lol. I have a presentor who will break it down for you. He's a pro and I would love for you to see it the way I did. May or may not be for you but I'd love it if you could come.
Me: Lol. You're doing something but not sure if you're doing it right? Come? Do I have to go to Maryland again? Because I will. Lol.
Blue Fox: I'll set you up in Cali but you can do it here too.
Me: I don't want to be in Cali. T_T I was thinking of going back and live in with my friend until I can settle something up or whatever. Are we joining a secret society?
Blue Fox: yes well the one in cali is connected to me but no point in you coming here if you arent interested.
Me: I want to move there because I want to. Lol. But you now have me interested in whatever you're talking about. Haha.
Blue Fox: Tell me your address

And then he logged off for a while.

But I joked about the whole secret society thing.

And then, I thought about messaging Spaghtti even though her and I never spoke when I was in Maryland but I took a chance to ask her. This is how it went:

Me: Hey Spaghetti, how are you? Blue Fox contact me and was telling me about something sketchy. He also told me that he quit school, Army ROTC and left the house? So I'm actually worried what in the world he's thinking about and I know you're his friend and want to help him so I was just wondering what was going on with him…
Spaghetti: He told the rest of us about it, and we all think it's a scam. He wants to join ACN, which is basically an MLM. You can Google it and find all kinds of information… Though most of it isn't credible. It's a pyramid scheme. I've tried to talk to him, but he's insulted me and thrown the research I've done in my face, so I gave up. I am sorry I cannot be of more help to you.
Me: He wants to join ACN or has he already joined? Yeah, I'm away of how MLM works. Amway Global is pretty legit but there's a lot that's a big scam… I don't know about ACN. Do you know what caused him to do this though? Because he quit school, AROTC and left home…
Spaghetti: I don't know a lot about it… I think he's already joined, but I don't know a lot about the reasons behind it.
Me: Hmm. It's sketchy though. So is he not going to Towson anymore?
Spaghetti: I don't know…

And now I'm confused and I reply to Blue Fox's message (I didn't give him my address but I asked something) and I said, "Well, it's not a permanent one. I'm leaving pretty soon though. Does it matter? Or, is there a phone number I can contact?" and he said, "I'm just trying to find out which team is closest to you. I have teams there in Cali." and then I asked where in California. And well, he hasn't replied. And I'm stressing out because from our last phone conversation, he was telling me that he wants to focus on his career and focus on school and I understood that because I'm trying to do that too but I just wanted us to be there for each other, you know? So there came a point where I was okay with us being "just friends" for now and then maybe work whatever is there and whatnot. A month later, I hear this. And he tells me that he quit everything and I don't even know if it's a joke. And I remember a time before, he asked me if I was okay with the fact or the idea that he wanted to go to some underground poker game and earn $1000. And I said, "I know you like poker and I'm okay with that but I don't think doing anything underground is okay. I'm pretty sure underground poker is illegal." and he was like, "Yeah, yeah. You're right... Nevermind." and he didn't do it.

I understand that we all want quick money and we're all willing to do things to get them but I didn't think he would do THIS. Not only is this quick money but, dirty money. I mean, if he wants to do marketing stuff... I can get him into doing marketing stuff the SAFE way and earn $1500 a month like how I did back when I was starting off in college and doing at-home work on the side while I was going to college. But THIS is dirty money. He's just going to lose and I almost cried like two hours ago, just thinking about how he's ruining himself. And I did this (I know I might sound crazy but I did it) numerology check on him because I know who he was as a person but I wanted to know what his tendencies and what kind of mistakes he's prone to getting into are. And he's prone to not being able to manage money and tends to "spend it" carelessly and he will be the type that might get into gambling and then I see this and I'm like, "Oh shit, I knew it." and I don't know what to do. And the fact that he insulted Spaghetti was out of character. REALLY OUT OF CHARACTER. He doesn't insult anyone, especially to their faces. So when she told me that, I was really wondering what in the world he was getting himself into. Like, he's super brainwashed and whoever started this for him really used his need for quick-cash good.

KN: I've seen this a lot in Australia. People are swept up… Then lost. 9/10 people lose more than just money.
Me: See, that's what I don't want him to do but I don't know how to help him…
KN: The harder you push, the harder he will push for his goals. It's a type of psychosis. He has a different form of gamblers addiction. Every time he tries to sell, he is gambling. He's hoping to strike it big.
Me: Yeah, and that's what I hate. Because I know this will ruin him because he's pushing everyone away, you know? So what do you think he's going through?
KN: A bit of delirium from stress. He's not going to change anytime soon. He's addicted to the high that he gets when he talks with someone. He sees everyone as potential buyers and potential pawns. At this point, he will only believe in the people that have made it in the company and no one else.

Let's see how this plays out.

My worry for Blue Fox has now sky rocketed. I almost cried three hours ago at what he's doing with his life right now.
